The Senior Business Operations Manager is directly responsible for managing operational and process details to ensure the smooth and efficient administration of the region. The role works closely with Corporate teams (i.e. finance, legal, sales ops, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve problems as well as ensure compliance with internal/external process and procedures.
Organize and manage customer bid/proposal compliance procedures. Ensure compliance with all legal, finance, customer requirements
Identify and advocate for valid local/regional requirements that may be “non-standard” to Aspen Tech while bringing a balanced, business-oriented (i.e. ROI), problem solving perspective.
Assume lead role in managing public tender fiduciary requirements. Verify that the tender is submitted according to required specifications, compliant with internal standards and submitted in a timely manner
Project manage corporate/regional administrative initiatives as required. This includes tracking progress against objectives, identifying and resolving roadblocks, etc.
Coordinate with corporate Finance, Legal, etc. to ensure the timely application/renewal of any required business licenses, visas, etc.
Under the direction of Corporate Finance, provide local AR collections support as required.
Support annual budgeting and planning process under manager’s direction.
Interface with Corporate Facilities on real estate and facilities needs as required.

Experience in a software company.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
